🌟 Let’s Talk About Self Praise 🌟

When was the last time you genuinely praised yourself? Not just a little pat on the back, but looked yourself in the mirror and said:

According to my dear friend and mentor Joseph McClendon III, self praise isn’t cheesy, it’s powerful neuroscience.
✅ It rewires your brain.
✅ It boosts your mood instantly.
✅ And it’s a secret weapon to eliminate at least HALF of the Toxic 10, including:

Self-doubt

Fear of rejection

Imposter syndrome

Hesitation

Stress

Why? Because when you praise yourself regularly, your nervous system starts to believe you’re already enough, already winning, already worthy.

🎯 Interrupt the old pattern (doubt, fear, shame).
🎯 Replace it with a new one, self-praise!
🎯 Do it with energy and repetition until it becomes your default.

Try this today:
Look in the mirror, smile big, and say out loud:
“[your name]I love you. I’m proud of you. You’re a bada$$.”
(Yes, say it with energy, even if it feels silly at first. That’s the point!)
